What is the first step in your consulting process?
Our first step with any project always revolves around identifying and formulating the proper vision and strategy. We do not jump into projects without first engaging in hours of due diligence to put the project into perspective. Sometimes we find that the appropriate strategy aims into an entirely different direction than the project originally intended. Our purpose is to ensure client’s aim is true, before further time and valuable resources are expended.
