Japanese chemical companies often offer products that cover a vast spectrum of the market. When one of these companies recognized the lack of growth over the past 20 years in a key business segment, DestinHaus was approached to create the strategy to identify what was holding the company back. We combined our deep understanding of the global chemical industry along with our relationships to identify the corrective actions that were to be taken to change things up.
Within six months, DestinHaus was able to pinpoint the issues faced by the client and develop a strategy for growth. We then successfully identified four major growth opportunities. Now in Phase 2, we are implementing the project which has the potential to significantly shake up the industry in one particular line of chemicals. Utilizing a broad scope of the chemical industry allows DestinHaus to partner with firms in conceiving exciting projects that have a material impact on the industry structure.
